Overview
Our Payment Terminal integration is able to void and refund transactions directly on your merchant services provider's gateway. That way, you won't need to sign in to a web portal, call another call center, or otherwise step outside of your normal workflow - it can be done through the Payment Terminal already installed on your workstation.

Step-by-step guide
1. Review the instructions for using the Transaction History screen, to select the specific transaction you'd like to void/refund.
2. To void the transaction, click the Void button.
Or, to refund the transaction, click the Refund button, and key in the amount you'd like to refund.
3. If your your void/refund was successful, a message will be displayed by the Payment Terminal mentioning so.
We do not make any changes in QuickBooks for voids/refunds - your QuickBooks database is left the exact same as before you clicked the void/refund button.
After processing the void/refund, be sure to make your adjustments in QuickBooks accordingly. If you're unsure how to do so, ask your accountant or a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
