This tab controls settings for storing, collecting, and viewing operation logs from the Payment Terminal. The Payment Terminal Support department may instruct you to change settings here to diagnose certain issues, if they arise.
Changes the amount of information stored in the log files for the Payment Terminal. By default, only fatal program errors are shown in the log (Errors Only) - however, changing this to Details may allow support staff to diagnose certain issues.
Clicking this button will open the folder containing the Payment Terminal log files. These files are named by date, and are deleted after a period of time.
