"QuickBooks already has a company file open..." Error When Launching Payment Terminal

When the user launches Payment Terminal for QuickBooks, they are presented with the following error Dialog:

Explanation:

This error can occur when the user is launching Quickbooks in "Run As Administrator" Mode. 3rd Party software cannot Quickbooks in this mode, please refer to our guide on disabling this here.
