Overview

Our integration works on all printers that are compatible with Windows on your device. This includes line printers, thermal printers, receipt printers, software-based printers (e.g. print-to-file), and others.

Compatibility Checklist

1. Must be visible from Windows

The printer must be accessible through the "Device Manager" screen in the Control Panel.
To verify that this is the case, open the Run... dialog by pressing WIN-R, type control printers, and press Enter. Make sure that your printer (or a controller for said printer) shows in this list.

2. Must trim pages/open till/advance pages itself

Our software does not send any specific open till/cut page messages to printers with special capabilities. Therefore, make sure that your printer is handling these activities itself.

Your printer/printer's driver may be able to perform these actions automatically - consult your printer documentation for more information.
