'Save and Process Payment' Button is Un-clickable

Overview

When trying to save an invoice or process a payment, the 'Save' or 'Save and Process Payment' button is de-saturated/greyed-out and un-clickable, it's typically indicative of missing information or invalid information.

Solution

Review the invoice for any missing information, notated errors, or oddities in fields marked with an asterisk (*).

Required Fields:

• Customer
• Invoice Date (Sales Receipt Date)
• Due Date (Invoice only)
• Product/Service (Applicable to each line where the Description, QTY, Rate, and Amount are not NULL/Blank)

Common Issues:

Due Date

For an Invoice or Customer, Terms are not a required field. If a Customer does not have Terms set prior to creating an invoice, the Terms within the invoice will default to "Select…"

When the invoice Terms are set to "Select…", the Due Date does not automatically fill in, requiring manual input.

Line-Items

In Verosa Online, each line-item is required to have an associated Product/Service from QuickBooks Online.

It is common to utilize line-items as a tool to add notes or addendums to the invoice. These will need to be moved to the "Message on Invoice/Message Displayed on Invoice" section within the invoice or otherwise adapted.
